Request for Data and Account Deletion In compliance with Google Play Store policies and GDPR, BannyFix users have the right to request the deletion of their personal data or the permanent closure of their account at any time.
How to request deletion: To submit a deletion request, the user can send an email to the dedicated address: support@bannyfix.com.
In the communication, the user must specify:

The email address associated with the BannyFix account.
Processing time: The request will be processed within 30 business days. Once the user's identity is verified, we will proceed to the irreversible deletion of the data associated with the account, with the exception of data we are required to retain for tax or legal purposes.
